We offer a free consultation on the phone/Skype, whatever's convenient for you. If you're in Israel we can meet. We will talk through your ideas and visions, we will listen to your cnosiderations and thoughts, what you like and dislike, and feel what your day really means to you. Then, we will get a better understanding of what you need help with, your vision and how we can help you achieve your perfect day.

After the consultation we will put together a proposal based on some of our ideas, going over everything we discussed, and give you different options depending on the requirements, budget and level of involvement you require from us.

The Simcha Maker Hour is ideal for the ones who want to plan their own event in Israel, and would like some professional advice for the few loose ends that they’re unsure about. After we have the introductory consultation, we will research venues that match your budget requirements and ideas. We will then put together several venue options and accompany you to each viewing, helping you choose the ideal location for your celebration.

Suppliers Sourcing

When you plan your event in Israel, the number of people you have to contact just to find the right photographer, DJ, designer etc` can easily be overwhelming, even if your Hebrew is perfect! Our job as an event planner is to do just that, and it’s what keeps us busy every day. We are always searching for new suppliers, from caterers to limos, flights to flowers, and along the way we've gathered the widest array of vendors that provide us with volume discounts.

So tell us what you are after and we'll find it for you. You will receive a comprehensive, varied and detailed list of options for you to choose from, with the option of an accompanied visit and contract translation and negotiation.

On-Site Coordination

You've spent many months, weeks, days (and a couple of sleepless nights) - planning your event in Israel, and now it is time to relax, lay back, and enjoy your big day. The key to keeping calm, our experience tells us, is to have someone sorting out all the problems that pop up without you having to know anything about them whatsoever. We will look after all the last minute details and answer all those unanswered questions from vendors and guests.

We will gather supplier's contacts and collect all the other information we need to get a clear idea of the flow of your event. We will be in touch with the vendors and be certain that all last minute queries are dealt with, down to the finest detail. We will provide you with a detailed timeline plan for your event day, so you, your guests and all suppliers know where and when they need to be. Want a rehearsal? we'll coordinate that too.

What do you get? Well, pretty much everything! We work together with you over the time of planning to organize and coordinate an event that is personal and individual to you.
